Master Khilton Nongmaithem of the School of Manipuri Martial Arts and the North American Thang-Ta Association will present a seminar on Thang-Ta (Huyen Lallong), The Sword-Spear Art of Manipur, India

Time: 9 AM-10:30 AM

Bring a short staff; 2.5 to 3.0 long, one or two is o.k. Beginners Welcome.

Material presented to include:

warm up exercises
foot work
body alignment
drills: (1) and (2) person

question and answer
